Atlantic Hearts Sketch #333

I so love the combo of the September Stamp of the Month, Random Act of Cardness and the Every Little Thing Paper pack! I have decided that black really makes the soft colors pop!  I created my card based on the sketch challenge this week at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge

Honestly, I love all sketches with layers!  I am a huge fan of layers……and I think I might have lost count on the layers on this card!  The cluster element just screamed for the Every Little Thing Papers! There is a gorgeous cluster of flowers stamp in the Every Little Thing Scrapbook stamp set…..sadly it is not currently in my possession. I created my cluster of flowers with die cut stickers that are included in the Paper Pack.  So fun, and so easy!  Here is a close up of the layers-

My sentiment is from the current Stamp of the Month, Random Act of Cardness.  You can add this beauty to your collection for only $5 with a qualifying purchase.  The stamp comes in a slightly different form in the stamp set.  I am all for making my stamps work for me!  A quick little snip of the scissors and this becomes a stacked sentiment vs a long sentiment!  I promise, it is painless!  I also promise, that eventually you will no longer cringe when you make the cut!  Here is a look at the complete stamp set-

I added in some texture with the new Stitched Circles Embossing Folder and a tiny bit of bling with the Julep Loose Sequins.

  4. Very pretty sketchy, watercolor like paper. The layers marry the colors well. Thank you so much for joining us at Atlantic Hearts this week.

  5. So pretty. I always hesitate using embossing with busier patterns because it is to much (usually) but not in this case at all, it is the perfect touch, I love it. Thanks for playing along with Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge (AHSC).
