Atlantic Hearts Sketch #415

 So often, super simple creates the best cards!  We have a new sketch this week at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.  You are welcome to dress it up or down, as long as we can see the sketch design in your creation.  Here is the original sketch design-

To create my card, I started with a bold confetti print from the Party Time Paper Collection. I matted my paper in Lagoon cardstock.  This cardstock is from the retired Blue Skies Collection.  I just love the one on tone embossed look.  You could easily replicate this by clear embossing onto regular Lagoon cardstock.

I used my block letter dies to cut my letters from the same cardstock.  They were applied with 3-D foam dots for added dimension.  A layered balloon die follows the sketch and carries along the birthday theme. I finished out the inside with a sentiment from the On Your Birthday stamp set.  This great set is currently on sale for only $12.25!
