Birthday Balloons

 Another super simple creation featuring the Party Time Picture My Life cards.  The PML cards are great for adding to your coordinating paper packs and creating quick and easy cards.  I started my card by trimming the PML card and matting in Sapphire cardstock.  A birthday sentiment was added from the On Your Birthday stamp set.

A border was added on my card base from the Party Time paper pack.  My PML card was mounted with 3-D foam tape for added dimension.  A few coordinating star stickers from the coordinating sticker sheet finish off the card.
