Super excited to announce that I am the Guest Designer this month over at CAS Colours & Sketches! They alternate challenges each week between colors and sketches. This week, we are having a color challenge. The featured colors are Gorgeous Grape, Granny Apple Green and Pacific Point.
The first thing that came to mind was the flower images in the A Million Little Things stamp set. I just love the style of the drawings in this set and the sentiments are perfect for the times. Here is a look at the complete set-
To create my card, I started by die cutting a panel of Tim Holtz watercolor paper with a Stitched Rectangle die. I then stamped my images in Black pigment ink and clear embossed. Color was added with Kuretake watercolors. A few “splatters” were added with Nuvo drops. The finished project is super simple with a great pop of color!
All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:
D1925 A Million Little Things Stamp Set
1385 White Daisy Cardstock
Distress Watercolor Paper-Ranger
Z8000 Black Exclusive Inks Pigment Pad
Nuvo Crystal Drops
Z2088 Clear Embossing Powder

Stitched Rectangle Panel Die-Simon Says Stamp
I have entered my card in the following challenges:
A Place to Start-Flowers
Cuttlebug Mania-Anything Goes

Penny Black-In the Garden
