CAS Twinery Sunshine

There
is a new challenge blog in town, CASology! I have seen many of my blogging friends joining in on the challenge and knew I wanted to get an entry into the inaugural challenge!  The cue card for the week is the word SUN.  I wanted to create a card that was different from my previous sun cards and this is the result!

This card is about as simple as it gets!  I did add one layer of color behind my white panel, to help my sun pop just a little more!  Here is a close up of the twine details-

Design Tips-I punched a circle, applied ATG gun adhesive (any strong adhesive would work), then wrapped my twine around from the inside out.  For my stitching, I punched varying length holes, then stitched on the sun rays.  I really like the look!  Great use for all of the twine you have just begging to be used!
