CASE Study & CAS Birthday Card

I
combined the photo inspiration from CASE Studyand the CAS Birthday Challenge
at CAS-ual Fridaysto make this card.

I
took the black background with black embossing paired with the bright colors
for my card.

I
kept the card on the simple side for the CAS Birthday Challenge.

All
supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:

Design Tips-I laid out
the balloon design in Design Studio and cut my top layer to fit my card base
with the George cartridge.  I then cut
each of the balloons separately in a different color.   I applied Liquid Glass to the dots on the
balloons.  While the balloons were
drying, I heated embossed the dot pattern in black on the black cardstock. I
tied the twine to my cut balloons and mounted onto my card base.  I placed my negative image on top of the card
base with pop dots.  I cut my banner with the Die-namics Fish Tail dies by MFT. This might seem like
a lot of steps, but the card was really simple to make!

I
have also entered this card in the following challenges:

Emergency Crafters

Simon Says
