Christmas Holly

How is your Christmas card stash coming along? I recently came across an Echo Park clearance sale and added a few paper packs to the collection. While many were complaining it was all old items in the sale…..they were new to me! I added a few Christmas lines, as I think it might be impossible to have too many Christmas papers. My sentiment is one of the papers cut down and matted onto a coordinating print. To jazz the card up a bit, I added some holly & berries from the Honeybee Winter Greenery set.

The holly & berries were popped up with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. A touch of bling was added with a clear shimmer brush. I love the finished project and it came together quickly.

All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:

  • X6038 Candy Apple Cardstock
  • X6070 Pine Cardstock
  • Christmas Salutations 6×6 Paper Pad-Echo Park
  • Winter Greenery Dies-Honeybee Stamps
  • Z3293 Clear Shimmer Brush

I have entered my card in the following challenges:
