The Christmas Story Collection continues! I just love the added mix of Harbour to the traditional Christmas colors. I am amazed at some people’s Christmas Nutcracker collections, so it seemed only fitting to turn one into a Christmas card. My card is based on the sketch challenge at Fusion Card Challenge.
I obviously stuck strictly to the sketch challenge. My card consists of a few simple layers, with my nutcracker popped up with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. A few gold glitter gems complete the card.
All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:
- X7286S Christmas Story Paper Pack w/ Sticker Sheet
- X7286C Christmas Story Coordinating Cardstock
- Signature Sentiments-Taylored Expressions
- Z6509 Candy Apple Exclusive Inks Stamp Pad
- Stitched Panel Die-MFT
- Z3312 Gold Glitter Gems
I have also entered my card in the following challenges:
- Color My Heart Color Dare-Harbour, Candy Apple, Mink
- Happy Little Stampers-Christmas
- Peace on Earth Christmas Challenge-Anything Christmas
- Simon Says-Christmas

Love your Nut cracker card. I agree with Christmas Cards you need to make them Clean and simple (yet elegant and up class) so you can create lots in a limited time. Thanks for sharing with us at Colour Dare, I hope you can join us again soon.
