Freshly Made Sketches #402

Falling leaves and falling temps!  Fall is certainly in the air! I am sneaking in under the wire with a little dose of Fall for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge.

From the moment I saw the sketch, I knew I wanted to use my new leaf stamps and dies from the Hawthorn Scrapbooking Collection.  Sadly, I was unable to craft this weekend and was quickly running out of time to create my card for the sketch!  Thankfully I had a little time to get inky this morning!  My leaves are inked up in Saffron ink and then rolled in Autumn Terracotta ink.  You can try any ink combinations to see what works for you.  Just remember to ink in your lightest color and then roll in the darker color to keep from contaminating your ink pads! I then die cut the leaves with their coordinating dies.  Being Fall, I had to add in a touch of burlap!  Thin Cut dies cut burlap with ease!  Here is a look at the full set of dies-
