I so love how this card turned out! I am a little late to the party on the revamp of Blossom. Blossom is part of the Bring Back My Pack promotion. The colors have been updated and stamps and Thin Cuts have been added. I so love the new colors, perfect for Spring! (Very wishful thinking on my part!) My card is based on the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches–
I took inspiration from the Design Team cards to create my wreath like shape. I wanted the wreath form to be super simple and did not have anything in my stash that fit the bill. To improvise, I placed a circle die in the center of a stitched panel and traced around it with a gold Uni-ball pen. I then layered stickers from the Blossom Sticker Sheet along the circle lines. I popped up the center flower with 3-D foam tape for added dimension, this also hides where I have joined all the stickers together.
My sentiment was heat embossed in gold. I lost some of the details on the every moment sentiment, so I re-stamped in Pixie ink and fussy cut the image out to apply over the gold embossing. The sentiment was cut with the coordinating Thin Cut die and applied with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. A little shimmer was added to the center of the flowers with a clear shimmer brush. A few gold glitter gems finish off the card.
While I only used the sticker sheet and stamp set to create my card….there is currently a bundle special for Blossom. You can save 20% off the retail price when you purchase the bundle of products. I will be featuring the papers later this week. The bundle savings is only available until February 28, 2021, or while supplies last.
