Freshly Made Sketches #473

 The layered Thanks Thin Cut makes a bold statement on your projects.  I am always in need of more Thank You cards as I seem to mail them out as soon as they are created!  My card is based on the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  Here is the original sketch design-

I created my card with the fun papers from theBloom with Grace Collection.  This sunflower print is one of my faves! I added in a few layers to make the thanks sentiment really pop. I started by layering a vellum panel onto the Fern background.  I then cut the thanks shadow die three times in vellum.  I adhered the vellum layers together.  The top layer was cut in Espresso cardstock.  After adhering all the layers together, I then applied the sentiment with 3-D foam tape for added dimension.  I layered the shadow layer multiple times to insure that you would not be able to see the foam tape.  Sadly, I do not have clear foam in my craft arsenal, though I know it does exist! I wanted the sentiment popped up, so that I could have the burlap twine running under the sentiment.  A few matte gold sequins finish off the card.
