Freshly Made Sketches #68

We have a great new sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches!  Along with the great new sketch, I have a sneak peek of some of the upcoming 2013 Spring/Summer Catalog Releases!  This stamp set was the second stamp set that I HAD to have out of the new catalog!  I love the bold saying, the font, everything about it!  I am not really one for nautical cards…but this stamp set has changed my mind!  The stamp set is part of the NEW Tommy Workshop On the Go Kit.  The  kit comes with the Tommy Paper Pack with great nautical themed paper, a MUST HAVE stamp set that features a map, the great saying featured on this card, anchor, boat, and wave images to name a few.  You also receive a sheet of chipboard stars and a package of fabric and corkboard accents.  Love this set!  Can’t wait to show you more in the coming weeks!  Before I get even farther off the beaten path…here is the original sketch for this week.

I flipped the design to accommodate my great new stamp!  I used a few of the other stamps that are included in the set on the inside of my card.

Just in case you are wondering what the FIRST new stamp set was that I had to have….you will have to check back!  More sneak peeks to come!

  2. I'm VERY envious that you've got your goodies already! I think you nailed my thoughts exactly, that I'm not really into nautical cards, but this stamp really caught my eye (any chalkboard stamping in your future??)… and yes, I am wondering what your most wanted stamp set was! My catties just arrived on my doorstep, so I must run :o)
