Freshly Made Sketches #70

Rita has a fun versatile sketch for us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!  I decided to go with a boy themed birthday card.  I love the fun images on the upcoming Fast and Furious stamp set. Perfect for little boy cards and scrapbooks!  I am sure they would work for big boys too!  I love this sketch and am sure it will become a go to sketch in the future!

I did a little fussy cutting with my card, added brads to the wheels and popped it up with foam tape for dimension.  I could not decide if I wanted to stamp my sentiment in Lagoon or Outdoor Denim ink….so I chose both!  I inked my stamp in the lighter Lagoon ink and then rolled the edges in Outdoor Denim ink.  I think the end result works great with the pattern papers.

I added a birthday sentiment and a strip of pattern paper to the inside of the card to finish it off.
