Getting Older…

CAS Birthday Card for a dear friend.  This card was made with a variety of products.  I had an idea of what I wanted and just pulled pieces together to complete the card.  I love the bright, bold design.  All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:

G1033 Pemberley WOTG (flower stamp was used for the flame)

D1514 Just A Number

D1475 Card Chatter-Birthday

Rock The Block Stamp Set (Dot Background)

11385 White Daisy Cardstock

1386 Black Cardstock

X5759 Pacifica Cardstock

Z2192 Pacifica Ink

X5918 Gypsy Cardstock

Z2190 Gypsy Ink

X5918 Topiary Cardstock

Z2155 Topiary Ink

X5918 Sunny Yellow Cardstock

Z2162 Honey Ink

Retired Orange Cardstock

Retired Orange Ink

1272 Cranberry Cardstock

Z2116 Cranberry Ink

Tuxedo Black Ink by Memento

While the supply list seems a mile long, the paper was all from my scraps.

Design Tip-I inked the flower petal stamp, for my candle flame, in honey ink and then rolled the edges in the orange ink pad to mimic flames.  I stamped the dot background on my cardstock strips to add texture.

I have entered this card in the following challenges:
