H2H Love is in the air…

We have a new challenge this week at Heart 2 Heart Challenges, Love is in the Air.  This challenge would be perfect for those last minute Valentine cards!  My spouse is not that into frilly cards, so I kept this one clean and simple.  My card is based on the sketch this week at Unscripted Sketches.

My heart shapes was cut with the Cricut Artiste cartridge.  While I was going for CAS, I had to add just a little bling.  I added Red Glitz Gel to my heart and popped it up for more dimension.  I finished off the inside with a vintage wood  mounted stamp by Close To My Heart!

All supplies by Close To My Heart:

Z1790 Cricut Artiste Collection

S1301 Happy Valentine’s

K166 I Love You

X7165B For Always Paper Packet

Z2170 Ruby Ink

Z1754 Black & Grey Sparkles

Z1484 Red Glitz Gel

I have also entered my card in the following challenges:

Card Crafter’s Circle-Love is in the air

Card Makin Mamas-Love

Crafty Creations-Black & White plus one

Papercraft Star-Love

Simon Says Stamp-Have a Heart

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. Hey, clean & simple can always use a bit of bling! This is fabulous. This sketch really does beg for CAS and you delivered it perfectly with subtle elements that blended together perfectly without compromising the clean approach to the card. And, the inside is just as awesome as the front – sweet!

Thank you so much for sharing your creative talents with us this week at Unscripted Sketches 🙂
