Have a Splendid Day!

I
pulled out a few stamp sets that had yet to see ink for my entry into the CASE Study Challenge.  Here is the inspiration card byKristii Lockart.

 I
loved her outdoor scene with the bright gingham ribbon, so those are the elements that I pulled for my card.  I only  had thin gingham in my stash.  I layered my gingham ribbon onto red grosgrain ribbon.  I attempted to tie a bow with the layers, but was not liking the end result.  I ended up layering buttons tied with baker’s twine to finish off my card.
