Just a Note

How is it March already?  I am amazed at how fast the year is going by!  March is an exciting time at Close To My Heart!  We have loads of new products with the new catalog release. My card today features a few of them!  I am always drawn to sentiment stamps and the new catalog does not disappoint.  My sentiments are from the new Just a Note stamp set.  I love the mixed fonts in this set and am sure I will get a lot of mileage out of it.

The gorgeous flower image and plaid pattern paper are from the new Daisy Meadows Collection.  While this paper pack does have an Easter theme, the papers are perfect for your Spring creations. My floral image and leaves are from the sticker sheet which is available in the pack.

To create my card, I applied the leaf images directly to my cardstock panel.  The floral image was then applied with 3-D foam tape for added dimension.  I added a little bit of bling to the floral image with a clear shimmer brush. My banner sentiment was popped up as well.
