Lovely Layers Poinsettia

Meet my NEW favorite die! The Lovely Layers Poinsettia die by Honeybee Stamps! I am a huge fan of the Lovely Layers line. They make it so simple to create awesome images! If you have yet to add one to your collection, they are a must have! The dies also come with a color layering guide, so there is no confusion as to how to assemble the pieces! So fun to create with! My card is based on the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches, here is the original sketch design for you to play along with-

I created two poinsettia for each of the upper blocks. I let my sentiment stand in for the third block. I kept my card clean, by just adding in a stitched panel frame and a few silver glitter gems.

Each layer of the poinsettias is popped up with 3-D foam tape for additional dimension. The leaves were shaded with Copics. A little sparkle is added with a clear shimmer brush to the veins of the leaves.
