Make the Cards Challenge #33

Nothing says Fall more than burlap and pumpkins! I am a huge fan of burlap! When the temps start getting cooler, I tend to find a way to incorporate it into all of my fall themed cards! My burlap banner was the perfect stand in for the new sketch challenge at Make the Cards Challenge!

My card was created with the new Pumpkin Spice papers. I love the fun mix of new colors that are featured in the collection. I picked Harbour & Papaya out of the new colors to create a layered Thanks sentiment. I cut the top layer three times and stacked them together for added dimension. A zip strip from the same pattern paper was used along the top of the card. A few sequins from the Autumn collection finish off the card.

  1. You’ve created a great autumn card. I like the dark background paper, and your burlap banner is a wonderful centerpiece. The tiny leaves and pearls are a great way to finish any fall related project. Thanks for joining the Alphabet challenge.
