Merry Monday #23

Have
I told you how much I love the Merry Monday Challenge?
I love the concept of creating a Christmas card a week.  I also love making Christmas cards!  It is so relaxing to just pull out my
Christmas stamp drawer and create.  No
worries about mass producing or mailing deadlines.  Here is the original sketch from this week-

I
decided to flip the sketch to make it my own.  I can’t believe none of the challenge entries have flipped the sketch yet!  I made my card with a variety of supplies.  The majority of the stamps I have used are retired.  If you love the sleigh, I have a new set listed for sale on my For Sale page.  This set is retired, so grab it while you can.

All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:

A1115 A Holiday

D1225 Jingle Borders

D1480 Snowflakes

S1110 Holiday Magic

1385 White Daisy Cardstock

X5920 Indian Corn Blue Cardstock

Z2130 Indian Corn Blue Ink

Z891 VersaMark Ink

Z682 Silver Tinsel Embossing Powder

Z1732 Seam Binding Ribbon

Z1687 Bohemian Assortment

  5. what an amazingly beautiful and totally elegant holiday card! i love that shade of "indian corn blue" and it's especially effective as a monochrome with just touches of white and silver to make it shine! (i'm also IN AWE of how precisely you stamped everything and how very pristine that plain white background is around your sleigh! holy wow!) ♥♥♥

ps: i'm SO WITH YOU when it comes to making xmas cards… weird as it felt at first to make them in summer, i DID NOT miss the stress last december AT ALL! 🙂 🙂 🙂
