Merry Monday #46

We are having a theme challenge this week at Merry Monday.  We are challenging you to create a Christmas card featuring birds! I kept my card clean and simple with layered decorative shapes from the Cricut Art Philosophy Collection and Pear & Partridge Rub-ons.

A few details for the inside of my card finishes it off.

All supplies by Close To My  Heart:

Retired Pear & Partridge Cardmaking Kit

Retired Pear & Partridge Rub-Ons

Z2116 Cranberry Ink

Grosgrain Ribbon-Unknown

I have entered my card in the following challenges:

Chocolate, Coffee & Cards-For the Birds

Clearly Inspired-Brown & Red

Creative Creations-Keep It Simple

Paper Playtime-Use Some Brown

The other design team members have came up with some gorgeous bird themed cards, be sure and stop by their blogs to see their creations!

  1. Fun card! I really never played with the rub ons until you used these on a previous card and I had a good time with them. Your insides always look better than when I try to do that – any hints? Gee, I wonder if they still have any of the rub ons left for this set – I think I already used this one. Thanks for all your inspiration!
