Back for another sketch challenge at Merry Monday! I am really digging into the pattern paper stash for my Christmas cards lately. Only one short week before I head out for the Close To My Heart Convention! I can’t wait to see the new Christmas stamps and papers! I love making Christmas cards, they are my favorite! At the moment though, I am a little tired of my current Christmas stamps…..can’t wait to add some new designs to the mix!
I tore my pattern paper into a resemblance of the sketch. Did you know that you can get a controlled tear on your cardstock by wetting it first? I simple went over the area I wanted to tear with a waterbrush and then tore along the wet edge.

I love this paper and the sentiment with the big snowflake! Thanks for the tip on tearing. Now I just have to remember it next time I want to tear. My stamps came today. Woo hoo! Now for time to stamp.
