Merry Monday Year in Review

Back by popular demand, the Year in Review at Merry Monday!  The Year in Review Challenge will run for two weeks to allow you plenty of time to get your card completed!  You get to choose any past sketch for your card design!

I went back to Challenge #28!

I did some random stamping with my new favorite snowflake stamp from the December Stamp of the Month, Year Round Cheer.  This card came together quickly and it very easily mass produced.  My featured card is completed with Itty Bitty Sparkles.  I also created the same card with Silver Glitz.

If you are trying to complete your long list of Christmas cards without breaking the bank, you might want to look into Silver Glitz for making your own bling.  I can make about 7 cards of this style with a 100 pack of Bitty Sparkles, cost $2.95.  You could make 100’s if not 1000’s of cards with one bottle of Silver Glitz, cost $2.75  Here is a close up of the details-

 Bitty Sparkles

Silver Glitz Gel

As long as you use a light coating of Silver Glitz, your drying time is minimal.  I add a bit of bling to all of the snowflakes with the silver glitz gel vs just the large snowflakes with the Bitty Sparkles.  I kept the inside the same on both cards.

All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:
