I rarely make the same card twice. I prefer all of my creations to be unique. With that said, I am always looking for unique ways to use my stamps. Sadly, I think the Floral Borders & Sentiments stamp set has been my most used set this year. I have created many cards with this set in a variety of mediums. While this set is the perfect set for sympathy cards, it does include a variety of sentiments for more festive occasions as well. Here is a look at the complete set-
I have found that I love this particular layout for my sympathy cards and have just been changing up my coloring or lack thereof to make each card unique. I stamped my images in black pigment ink and heat embossed in clear. I then went in and added “color” with a white Prismacolor pencil. I cut the completed panel with a stitched panel die and mounted onto a black base with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. A few black enamel dots finish off the card.
