Are you always looking for just the right color of bling for your projects? The bling on this card started off as plain Sparkles. To make any color of bling, simply color with your Copic markers. You instantly have custom colored bling without searching through all of your storage drawers! I buy the clear sparkles and add color as needed for my projects.
