Mojo Monday #530

I had so much fun creating the layers on this card for the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge!  The coordinating products by Close To My Heart, make layering a breeze.  My layers are from the Every Little Thing Paper Collection.  While this collection is retired, there are still items available in the Online Only Section of my website.  I varied from the sketch ever so slightly, here is the complete sketch if you would like to play along-

My super cute dragonfly is from the Country Animals collection.  This collection is currently featured in the Stamptacular Sale!  You can get the stamp and coordinating Thin Cut die for only $5! You can also purchase just the stamp for only $2.50! The sale runs through February 29, or while supplies last.  I first stamped my dragonfly in Intense Black ink directly onto the cardstock.  I then added in some color with Copics.  I stamped the dragonfly again onto vellum paper. To speed the drying process, I added some sparkle embossing powder and heat embossed the image. I the flipped the image over and colored the underneath with Copics as well.  I adhered the vellum dragonfly with a tiny bit of adhesive down the middle, allowing the wings to “fly”.
