Mojo Monday #532

I combined an unlikely pair for a masculine birthday card, Wild and Free and Urban!  The woodgrain print in Urban lends it to a country feel vs the cityscape.  If you missed out on the Urban promotion, the papers are still available in the Online Only section!  The Online Only section of my website is a treasure trove of past specials and one of a kind items! Close To My Heart has recently added more stamps in the Online Only section as well.  My card is created based on the sketch challenge at Mojo Monday–

If I need to build a unique card in a hurry, Julee never disappoints!  She always has a fun sketch up, complete with measurements!  I can easily grab a few coordinating products and create a one of a kind card, quickly!   I varied slightly from the sketch for my sentiment block, otherwise the card is totally based on her sketch design.

To create my card, I inked my elk image in Intense Black Ink and then colored with Copics.  He was then die cut with the coordinating die.  I so love the inner cut outs of this die!  No way, could I manage to neatly fussy cut those horns and inner spaces!  I mounted the elk on 3-D foam tape for added dimension.  Here is a look at the complete stamp set-
