Mojo Monday #551

If you are ever in a crafting slump, I highly recommend checking out Mojo Monday Sketch Challenges. Julee does an awesome job showcasing new sketches, complete with measurements.  All you need to do is pick out a few papers and images and you are good to go.  Here is the current sketch-

I changed up the elements ever so slightly to accommodate my current favorite stamp set, Whole Latte Love.  I am slightly obsessed with creating these super cute cups of coffee! Here is a look at the complete set-

My card was created with papers from the current Mix In Collection. My sentiment was stamped in Espresso pigment ink, with clear embossing powder applied to the top of the sentiment and gold glitter embossing powder applied to the word glitter.  My coffee cup was paper pieced together.  For added dimension, I stamped the steam image onto vellum.  I cut a small slit in the top of the coffee cup and adhered the vellum layer. A few hearts and gold glitter gems finish off the card.

  1. Allisa: It's great seeing the glittery shine elements on your card that you linked to My Time To Craft's fortnight challenge! The vellum steam-heart also adds a bit of reflection on the card, too! Lots of wonderful mixed media! Thanks for sharing! –Becca/DT
