Narelle has a great sketch for us this week atFreshly Made Sketches. For me, Narelle is the queen of lovely layers and awesome fussy cutting! It came as no surprise that she managed to sneak in some layers on her sketch this week. Here is the original sketch design-
Believe it or not, my card was once again created with the Dream Pop papers and the May Stamp of the Month, Pinwheel. So far, I have only shown you the super bright colors in Dream Pop…this card features the lovely grey and mint colors. You can get so many different looks out of this paper packet! I inked my pinwheel in Slate & Juniper pigment inks, which coordinate nicely with the Grey and Mint colors featured in the paper pack.
I am loving the embossed cardstock! The online pics do not do the cardstock justice! Take a look at the awesome embossed patterns you receive in the Dream Pop paper packet-
I added a little bling to my card with the Silver Shimmer Trim. A little goes a long way!
