It is contest week at Mojo Monday, so I decided to take another run at it! I flipped the sketch upside down and used the color scheme from the challenge at The Paper Players this week.
This card incorporates a variety of supplies. All supplies are by Close To My Heart, except where noted.
Z1686 Cricut Art Philosophy Collection
D1452 Find Your Style Stamp Set
D1477 Universal Backgrounds
Everyday Enchantment DSP by Stampin Up
X5642 Cocoa Cardstock (my version of Soft Suede)
1388 Colonial White Cardstock (my version of Very Vanilla)
Pool Party Cardstock by SU
Poppy Parade Cardstock by SU
Z2114 Cocoa Ink
Z2127 Holiday Red Ink (My version of Poppy Parade)
Z1333 Mocha Opaques Adhesive Gems
Z1316 Cocoa Collection Ribbon
Tim Holtz Alterations Embossing Folder by Sizzix
Candy Dot Flourishes by Pebbles
E47 Copic Sketch Marker
Design Tip-The vast majority of this card was sponged with Cocoa Ink. The bottom panel of Cocoa Cardstock was embossed with a wood grain embossing folder. I then rubbed my ink pad over the top to add dimension. The oval and scalloped oval were cut with the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. Page 52. I wanted a swirly design on the card, but did not have the right color. I colored my pearl bling with the Copic Sketch to get as close as possible to the right color!
I have also entered this card in the following challenges:
Charisma Cardz-Things with Wings
Flourishes-Fly Away With Me
