Saturday, March 3, is the last day to get your entries into the February challenges at H2H Challenges. Your entry needs to be linked up by 10:00 pm MST to be eligible for the prize and Top Ten. I missed the first challenge of the month, which was to make a card for a loved one. I am sneaking in my entry at the last minute, so that I will have an entry for every challenge for February. This card is a combination of making a card for a loved one and the inspiration photo at CASE Study. Here is the inspiration photo-
I went with the layered heart scheme. My hearts were cut with the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. Not to frilly of a card, since it will be going to a man. I think he can only handle so much pink! The stitching was done by hand with help from the Close To My Heart ruler, which comes with stitching guides. All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:
Z1686 Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge
D1283 Say It In Style
X7134B Sweetheart Paper Pack-Retired
Z1471 Ruler
Z1096 Embroidery Floss
Z1114 Piercing Tool Kit
Tuxedo Black Ink by Memento
I have also entered this card in the following challenges:
