Paper Players Sketch Challenge 416

Just a friendly reminder, that time is running out to complete your Christmas cards! The new Holiday Expressions has a great variety of holiday stamps to choose from. I tend to lean towards traditional colors for my holiday cards, with the occasional purple snowflake card.  At first glance, I did not think the Oh What Fun paper pack was for me. Actually playing with the papers, totally changed that!  I love the fun bright colors.  The bright pink and green create such a festive card.  While some of the patterns are holiday oriented, you can easily flip them over to a versatile pattern for other occasions.  Here is a look at the complete paper pack-

I created my card with Raspberry and Clover as my primary colors.  Not sure what the rules are on mixing stripes and polka dots, but I love the mix together!

My card is based on the Sketch Challenge this week at The Paper Players. I am a huge fan of layers, so this sketch was perfect for me!  I can see many more cards in the future with this design.  If you hurry, you can still play along. The link up closes November 2 at noon, PST.

I finished out the inside of my card with a sentiment from the same stamp set and a left over strip of coordinating paper.  I tend to save any strips over 1/2″, they are perfect for adding a pop of color to the inside of your cards.
