Party Time!

Have I mentioned how much I love the coordinating sticker sheets that are available with Close To My Heart paper packs? This is not your old days of collecting stickers that may or may not go with your future projects. The Close To My Heart stickers are cardstock weight adhesive backed designs. The best part is the designs and colors coordinate perfectly with the paper collections! My card is based on the sketch challenge at the Sketch Starter Challenge–

I created my card with the Party Time Collection. I popped up the cupcake with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. I wanted to make sure my cupcake did not get lost in the balloons, so I matted it in Sapphire cardstock to coordinate with the sentiment strip.
