Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!  We will be featuring December’s SOTM, Mad About You, a set of 14 stamps.  If you have come here from Kristine’s Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants here.

This month we have 56 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month’s SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do – just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

I have fell in love with the Designer Rhinestone Brads and find myself adding them to almost all of my cards.  They pack an awesome amount of bling in one little brad!  All supplies are by Close To My Heart.

Z1686 Cricut Art Philosophy Collection

S1112 Mad About You Stamp Set

1385 White Daisy Cardstock

1272 Cranberry Cardstock

Z2116 Cranberry Ink Pad

Z1103 Cranberry Grosgrain Ribbon

Z2163 Bitty Sparkles

Z1360 Designer Rhinestone Brads

I cut the hearts with the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge in White Daisy and then stamped the coordinating stamp in Cranberry Ink.  I added a pop dot for dimension and mounted onto Cranberry Cardstock.  I made my own B&T paper by stamping the swirl design, that is included in the stamp set, onto White Daisy cardstock with Cranberry ink.   Added a little bling and called it done.  A quick and simple card for Valentine’s Day.  (It was really hard to write that, considering Christmas has yet to arrive!)

Now “Hop” on over to Casandra’s Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas! Remember, the December SOTM is only available until December 31,2011.

In the spirit of entering challenges, this card was based on the sketch this week at FreshlyMade Sketches.  Check out their site for more inspiration! Here is the original sketch design:

I have also entered this card in the following challenges:

The Paper Shelter-Anything Goes

A Gem of a Challenge-Monochromatic with Sentiment

Thanks for stopping by!
