Stand Tall

Stand tall and find the sun…..or the craft room, whatever works best for you!  Life has so gotten in the way of my crafting the past few months….it seems the hits from 2020 just keep coming.  Today, I have found the sun, shining through into my craft room!  Super simple card with a great message for the times, based on the sketch challenge at Fusion Card Challenges.

I primarily went with the sketch for my entry, though  you could totally find sunflowers on the farm! My gorgeous sunflower panel is actually a Picture My Life card.  While these cards are intended for scrapbooking, I often keep them in my stash for some quick cardmaking! This set of cards is from the Bloom with Grace Collection.  You get 24 double sided cards in each pack.  Here is a sample of the some of the designs that are included-

The panel came in a 4″x6″ size to go along with the Picture My Life albums.  I simply trimmed the panel to fit my A2 card base and added in a few banners and bitty sequins.

All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:

  • X7260D Bloom with Grace Picture My Life Cards
  • X5960 Fern Cardstock
  • X5982 Canary Cardstock
  • Burlap-DCWV

    • This card was created with a Picture My Life card, with the sentiment pre-printed. I do have the same sentiment in a slightly smaller font in the Bloom with Grace Scrapbooking stamp set, which can be found here-https://rockymtnpapercrafts.closetomyheart.com/retail/Product.aspx?ItemID=14035
