The Paper Players #434

The pinks still win for my favorite color for the Budding Peony stamps!  I went with a lighter version for the Paper Players Sketch Challenge.  I added in a few extra leaves to ground my flower, though it is hard to see the dimension in the pic.  I really should take the time to get better photography skills, I spend more time editing pics than I do actually creating the card!  OCD gets the best of me…everything matches in person…take the pic, look on the computer…not so much!  If only we could have a camera that saw things in the same dimensions and colors that we do…of course I think this is where the operator error comes into play as well!  Here is a look at the original sketch design-

I once again colored my image with Copics.  My collection is nowhere near complete and I seem to be lacking in the lighter colors.  After coloring my image, I lightly used the Colorless Blender pen to remove some of my pink to add more layers.   Those 00 and 000 colors are on my wish list!

  1. Gorgeous card – and my favourite flowers! I think I really am having to buy some copics – they do seem to be the best for colouring – thanks for joining us at JOSTTT this month.
