The Paper Players #473

We have a new challenge today at The Paper Players!  Anne Marie has chosen some great colors for a color challenge this week! The colors are Poppy Parade, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry and a neutral of your choice.  You do not have to use Stampin Up colors, just some variation of.  I converted the Stampin Up colors to Close To My Heart Candy Apple, Fern, Eggplant and Mink.

I inked up the stamp set from the Spruced Up Cardmaking Kit in Intense Black Ink.  Intense Black is my go to ink!  It works great for coloring with Copics and with using Gamsol on colored pencils.  I then colored my image with Copics. My bouquet of flowers is popped up with 3-D foam tape, as well as my sentiment banner. I first stamped my sentiment banner on white with Intense Black.  I decided I wanted it to “pop” more, so I colored in the banner with Copics as well. My card is based on the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches
