The Paper Players #478

We are back with a new challenge at The Paper Players! Jaydee has a CAS Woodland Critters Challenge!  Living in Wyoming, I do have a stash of wildlife stamps.  I am always in need of masculine birthday cards, so this challenge was perfect!

I created my card based on the sketch challenge at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. The sketch is super simple, which was great match for my theme!

My card is created with pattern paper from the Spruced Up Paper line and a few retired stamp sets.  The elk is from the Nature’s Wish Stamp Set, I so hope that Close To My Heart brings the stamp set back in the future! The elk is stamped in Espresso Ink and then a touch of color added with Copic Markers.  I added a strip of New England Ivy burlap ribbon to tie my layers together.

All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:

  5. Gorgeous Allisa – a perfect wildlife masculine card! I don't have many wildlife stamps (most are of the 'cute animal' variety) so nice to see your moose in all his glory! Beautifully CAS too!
