LiWhere has the time gone? I have totally missed out on crafting the past week! We are going to attempt going back to school next week…..so hopefully there might be a tad bit of normalcy returning to life! I so hope everyone is getting a little bit of normal back in their live’s as well! Joanne is hosting a new challenge this week at The Paper Players. Time to get out the bold colors and start creating!
I decided the colors would be perfect for creating some colorful donuts! I started by inking up my donut tops in Canary and Sapphire ink. I then went in and colored my icing and sprinkles with Copic markers. To help bring my donuts to life, I went over my Copic coloring with Liquid Glass. My complete donuts are adhered with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. When I finished creating my card, I was truly craving a donut!
This stamp set is super cute! I was totally sold on just the sentiments alone! This set is part of the generous hostess rewards program offered by Close To My Heart. Want more info, feel free to contact me or check out the details here.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Cute and fun!! I totally agree with that sentiment!!
Allis, this is so fun! I love doughnuts, but I never eat them. I only dream about them. Such a fun way to showcase the colors! I love how you added the liquid glass for shine! Have a great week!
It is a rare occasion that I get to eat donuts as well! Living in the boonies does not give you a donut shop option!
Wonderful way to make the donuts look realistic. Makes me want to have some. I'm a CTMH Consultant, this past wk was my 1 yr Anniv. Please stop by my blog. I have this stamp set and you have inspired me to use it.

This is adorable! Just love the donuts in delicious bold colors! You have such great style, Allisa, it just shines on this card.
Thanks so much, Cindy!
I am craving donuts too….only not the blue one, I don't eat blue food, LOL! But these are AMAZING! What a fun card and fun way to use these colors!
Honestly, blue would be the last color I would pick as well. But for my kids, a donut is a donut!
Allisa, I totally agree with this sentiment! This card is so very fun! Thanks so much for joining us at Dies R Us Challenges. I hope to see you again! Julie, DT member
Liquid Glass?!? Yes, please!! These donuts even look fattening they're so perfect! Well done, indeed!
Fairly certain I gained a few pounds in the making of this card!
I love that sentiment and those cute donuts! Super fun card!
Thanks so much, the sentiment totally sold me on the set! I just need a cake set!
Who would have thought it – these are just the perfect colours for donuts – yum! Yours definitely look good enough to eat. Good luck with the return to school; I feel your pain, it makes crafting a challenge when the children are at home for sure, especially with things as they are currently!
My kiddos come up with all colors of the rainbow for donuts and I was dying to ink up this set, so the colors worked out perfect!
Oh. My. Gosh. This is absolutely adorable, Allisa! You keep enticing this old Stampin' Up! demonstrator with these cutie patootie sets! I LOVE the Liquid Glass accents. Using it was a great idea!
Ann, I think you are the Queen of details on your cards….but it is all about the little things! The Liquid Glass certainly brought the donuts to life!
Allisa, I love this card. Of course, my CAS loving heart appreciates the CAS element, but I love the little details on the donuts and that fabulous sentiment. Wonderful use of the colors
