The Paper Players #503

LiWhere has the time gone?  I have totally missed out on crafting the past week!  We are going to attempt going back to school next week…..so hopefully there might be a tad bit of normalcy returning to life! I so hope everyone is getting a little bit of normal back in their live’s as well!  Joanne is hosting a new challenge this week at The Paper Players.  Time to get out the bold colors and start creating!

I decided the colors would be perfect for creating some colorful donuts!  I started by inking up my donut tops in Canary and Sapphire ink.  I then went in and colored my icing and sprinkles with Copic markers. To help bring my donuts to life, I went over my Copic coloring with Liquid Glass. My complete donuts are adhered with 3-D foam tape for added dimension.  When I finished creating my card, I was truly craving a donut!

This stamp set is super cute!  I was totally sold on just the sentiments alone!  This set is part of the generous hostess rewards program offered by Close To My Heart.  Want more info, feel free to contact me or check out the details here

  1. Allis, this is so fun! I love doughnuts, but I never eat them. I only dream about them. Such a fun way to showcase the colors! I love how you added the liquid glass for shine! Have a great week!

  6. Who would have thought it – these are just the perfect colours for donuts – yum! Yours definitely look good enough to eat. Good luck with the return to school; I feel your pain, it makes crafting a challenge when the children are at home for sure, especially with things as they are currently!
