I love the versatility of the Party Time Paper Collection. One side of the papers features pink hues and the other blue hues. They are perfect whether you are working on girl or boy projects! Here is a look at the complete paper pack-
I honestly would never think to combine pink and orange together, but it totally works. The fun, bright colors are perfect for a festive birthday card. My card is based on the sketch challenge at The Paper Players–
I layered my pattern paper onto a scalloped rectangle panel that was trimmed down to match the sketch. My cupcake was popped up with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. A few pink sequins finish off the card.

This is so cute! I really like how you have the scalloped layer under the patterned paper…the shapes really go well together! It's a birthday card sure to brighten the recipients day! Thanks for sharing at The Paper Players!
What an adorable card, Allisa! The scalloped layer really sets off the balloon paper. The sequins are the perfect accents for that yummy looking cupcake. I'm so glad you played with The Paper Players!
