Urban Birthday Card

I needed a quick masculine birthday card and Urban fit the bill! I seriously need to come up with a stash of masculine birthday cards, floral birthday cards just do not work for the guys!  I created this card with the help of the sketch challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch and the color challenge at Color Throwdown

It might not look it, but my card really is pretty clean and simple! All of the grunge is thanks to the great papers that are included in the Urban Paper Pack. The colors were perfect for the color challenge! Urban is part of the Bring Back My Pack promotion.  The collection is available to purchase until January 31, 2020. Here is a look at the complete collection-

You can purchase the whole collection at a 20% savings or just purchase the parts you would like.  My card utilizes the paper pack and the stamp set.  All of the grunge on my card is from the papers.  The skyline and birthday sentiment are stamped in Sapphire Ink directly onto the pattern papers as well.

All supplies by Close To My Heart:

I have also entered my card in the following challenges:

  3. Love your card. But I had to write and say that some guys would like floral cards. My brother loves flowers and grew several kinds until his arthritis got too bad. Of course, if you don't know the guy, it's best to go the masculine way.
