The Paper Players is having a Spring Flowers theme challenge this week. I am currently in the middle of a snowstorm, so Spring flowers in the craft room seemed like a great idea. This is take two on the Pristine Peonies set by Altenew. I so love peonies and thankfully have much better luck with them in the craft room vs in the garden.

I started my card by inking up the peony image in Intense Black ink and then added color with the coordinating layering stencils. The completed image was then die cut and spritzed with Tattered Rose Distress Spritz. I popped the image up with foam tape onto a 3D embossed floral panel. My sentiment was stamped and die cut and popped up with foam tape as well. A few iridescent gems complete the card.

Supply List:
- Pristine Peonies Collection-Altenew
- More Signature Sentiments Set-Taylored Expressions

Your card is gorgeous, Allisa! Peonies are a favorite of mine! The embossed background adds so much texture, too! The shimmer and the gems add so much sparkle! Thank you for making my challenge shine at The Paper Players this week!
Thank you! The Spring Flowers challenge was a welcome relief while being snowbound!
Such wonderful peonies! The Distress Spritz is amazing and gives such an interesting finish. I think the textured background is also a great idea and looks good. Thank you for sharing this beauty with us at The Paper Players.
Thanks so much! My original intent was a bit of splatter with the Distress Spritz, but we ended up with “full coverage”!
Just beautiful Allisa! I love peonies, even though they don’t last long in the garden they are always fabulous. I love the distressed spritz for a subtle sparkly finish too. Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
Thank you! I have way more faith in the peonies in my craft room than in my garden!
Hey there Allisa! OMG this is just gorgeous! Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our STENCIL FUN challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.

Thank you!
I had to trawl back to find out what happened to have you rebuilding your craft supplies and discovered what a dreadful time you’ve had the last couple oif years, I’m so sorry you’ve had so much to deal with. I hope crafting helps to soothe your soul.
Meanwhile, thank you for joining in with The Daring Cardmakers and sharing these beautiful flowers with us
Thank you! I just had my one year anniversary from the fire. It partly seems like it just happened yesterday and partly ten years ago. It is truly a life changing event. Crafting does soothe my soul, it has just taken awhile to make it back,
