The Paper Players #727

The Paper Players is having a Spring Flowers theme challenge this week. I am currently in the middle of a snowstorm, so Spring flowers in the craft room seemed like a great idea. This is take two on the Pristine Peonies set by Altenew. I so love peonies and thankfully have much better luck with them in the craft room vs in the garden.

I started my card by inking up the peony image in Intense Black ink and then added color with the coordinating layering stencils. The completed image was then die cut and spritzed with Tattered Rose Distress Spritz. I popped the image up with foam tape onto a 3D embossed floral panel. My sentiment was stamped and die cut and popped up with foam tape as well. A few iridescent gems complete the card.

Supply List:

  • Pristine Peonies Collection-Altenew
  • More Signature Sentiments Set-Taylored Expressions
  • Sugar Cube Cardstock-Taylored Expressions
  • Sherbet Cardstock-Scrapbook dot com
  • Inks-Taylored Expressions
  • Intense Black Ink-Close To My Heart
  • Floral Arch 3D Embossing Folder-Spellbinders
  • Crystal Mix-Spellbinders

I have entered my card in the following challenges:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

    • Thank you! I just had my one year anniversary from the fire. It partly seems like it just happened yesterday and partly ten years ago. It is truly a life changing event. Crafting does soothe my soul, it has just taken awhile to make it back,
