Time for a new challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Our challenge this week features the scripture from Ecclesiastes 11:5. You are welcome to use the scripture in your projects, but it is not a requirement to enter the challenge. All products and styles are welcome to join in as long as your entries are family friendly. We are also having a blog hop with prizes to be won, details are below!
My time in the craft room has been minimal the past few weeks…this adulting thing is going too far! I am ready to disappear to the blanket fort with my crayons! I decided that playing with die cuts would have to suffice! My card is created with a base from the VIP Flower Shop Card Box. I took the designs up a notch by adding in a floral design with the Layered Flowers Thin Cuts. The two products coordinate beautifully with their similar designs.
My flowers were cut with Papaya and Rosemary cardstock to coordinate with the floral base. The vine shapes were adhered directly to the paper. The leaves and flower layers were each applied with 3-D foam tape for added dimension. A little bling was added with a clear shimmer brush and silver glitter gems.
All supplies by Close To My Heart, except where noted:
- VIP103 VIP Flower Shop Card Box
- 1385 White Daisy Cardstock
- X6063 Papaya Cardstock
- X6058 Rosemary Cardstock
